Introduction to Journey to Employment: Using Person Centered Planning as a Guide

This DVD is an introduction to person centered planning for individuals with disabilities seeking employment, families, and people who work with them.  It is based on the belief that by customizing supports, everyone can work in paid jobs in the community.
Person centered planning is a formal process that gathers information through open-ended questions to create a portrait of a person and build a positive vision of the future.  In this DVD, person centered planning is applied to the employment process.
