Self Directed Support Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities is pleased to bring you the opportunity for a one day training, Thursday, January 29th, to learn more about Person Centered Planning. This is being hosted by the Staley Implementation Group (SIG) funded by the Oregon Department of Human Services, Seniors & People with Disabilities Division.

This training will be targeted to families and customers, Personal Agents from Support Services Brokerages, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, High School Transition teachers and providers who work with individuals being served through DD Brokerages.

This training is free but registration is required by filling out the form on the right and mailing it to Cynthia Owens by January 26, 2009.
